The German-Australian Chamber of Industry and Commerce will host the Asia-Pacific Regional Conference in Perth this year.
Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull and Finance Minister Mathias Cormann will be guest speakers at the event.
The conference will be held in Perth from 3-5 November.
German-Australian President and BHP Billiton CEO Andrew Mackenzie and Association of German Chambers of Commerce and Industry President Eric Schweitzer will also speak at the event.
The conference will focus on the bilateral business relations between Australia and Germany in the Indo-Pacific/Asia-Pacific context.
It will provide a platform for Australian companies to understand how they can benefit from the bilateral relationship.
The conference shows Australia’s strength in industries such as health technology and mining and resources and how these can be used to expand into Germany or trade with German business.
It will provide German business with insights into the Australian market, shedding light on the policy and economic incentives that are available.
