Caitlin Mayor

ASA Industry Training Consultant

How would you describe your role at CCIWA?

As a Metro Industry Training Consultant, I’m predominately based out on the road meeting with clients from all industries to deliver high-quality knowledge regarding national training contracts, incentive eligibility, training and any other queries employers or apprentices may have about entering into a training contract.

What does a typical day look like?

A typical day consists of travelling between appointments to meet with employers and apprentices to run through their contract obligations and go over the national training contract with them to ensure all information provided is correct before registering. Between appointments, we have allocated travel time and admin to allow us to provide ongoing support to existing clients.

My most memorable achievement to date would be my career progression at CCIWA. Starting in February 2020 as a client support officer and progressing into an Industry Training Consultant within four months.
