Manager, Member Experience and Insights

How would you describe your role at CCIWA?

My role at CCIWA is to identify opportunities to improve the experience of our members through our data. I then work with the business to either create additional value or uplift the experience to meet expectations.

What does a typical day look like?

A typical day can include setting out the member journey of an interaction with CCIWA, evaluating or optimising a marketing campaign, speaking to members about their experiences or working with a business unit to improve the member experience.

The best part of the job is talking to our members and then implementing change that has a positive impact on their experience.

What’s the most exciting part of your job?

What’s your most memorable achievement at work?

I was fortunate enough to start this role just as the new value proposition was being rolled out and feel proud that I have been able to embed the proof points and positioning into our latest brand campaign.

Best career advice you’ve ever received?

Bring people along for the ride – it’s so important to keep your stakeholders engaged in what you’re doing.

Who inspires you?

Personally, my children – they always question things and want to know more.  Professionally, I draw inspiration from strong leaders that empower people and I’m lucky to have lots of those at CCIWA.
