What are some of the questions employers and apprentices ask your mentors?

Our mentors are happy to have a chat about anything. Some of our more common questions from employers include:

  • “My apprentice is failing his off-the-job training at TAFE, what can I do to help?”
  • “My apprentice is struggling through some serious personal issues and I’m worried, can you help us?”
  • “My apprentice keeps turning up late, what do I do?”
