Ryan has more than seven years’ experience providing quality advice on a variety of legal and employee relations matters to businesses in a wide range of industries.
Ryan’s expertise includes providing employment solutions that contribute to the strategic thinking and direction of businesses. This allows businesses to meet their core objectives and values by effectively drafting and negotiating contractual agreements.
He is able to provide advice and assistance across a range of areas including:

Ryan has appeared as counsel for clients before a number of commissions, tribunals and courts.
He earned his Bachelor of Laws from Edith Cowan University and is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia.
Stephen is a Senior Employee Relations Consultant at CCIWA and has thirteen years of experience as a Human Resources/Industrial Relations Practitioner. As part of the relationship between CCI and REEFWA, Stephen assists the REEFWA Committee by providing advice and advocacy on employee relations issues affecting real estate employers in WA.
Stephen has significant experience in representing and assisting employers in:

- Creation and variation of awards
- Unfair dismissal and general protection claims
- Liaising with industrial inspectors in underpayment claims
- Resolving workplace disputes
- Conducting workplace investigations
- Strategic IR planning
- Employee relations training

Stephen provides advice to employers dealing with a wide range of industrial relations issues including Fair Work Commission review of awards, performance management of employees, the drafting of contracts of employment, managing right of entry, union relationships and means to improve workplace productivity.
Stephen is an experienced and passionate advocate for employers, having appeared before Full Benches and single Commissioners in both the federal and state commissions. He has a proven track record in being able to negotiate agreements or settlements to the benefit of his clients.
Martina joined CCI in 2003 and has represented members in the Federal Court, Fair Work Commission, Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission, Industrial Magistrate’s Court, Equal Opportunity Commission and the State Administrative Tribunal.
Martina has a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Notre Dame and specialises in:
- Employment law;
- Dispute Resolution; and
- Discrimination and Equal Opportunity
Jane has previously worked in private practice and as an industrial relations adviser within the public sector.
She has experience in a variety of industrial relations and employment issues including:
- Unfair dismissal
- General protection claims
- Commercial contracts
- Dispute resolution
- Award interpretation
- Underpayment claims
She earned a Juris Doctor postgraduate law degree, a Bachelor of Arts (Communication Studies) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and has been admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
Laura joined CCI in 2014 as an Employee Relations Advisor in CCI’s Employee Relations Advice Centre.
She has intricate knowledge of industrial relations issues modern businesses face having previously worked as CCI's IR Policy Officer, where she engaged with CCI members regarding industrial relations, workforce development and social policy.

She earned her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Employment Relations and Management) from the University of Western Australia and is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
