Course Description

Conflict occurs naturally in the workplace and can escalate to the point of being difficult to manage if handled improperly. When managed appropriately the negative effects can be mitigated and an effective outcome achieved.

This module will help you understand how to successfully resolve minor and ongoing conflicts in the workplace.

At the end of the module, you will be asked to undertake an online assessment to check your understanding of the key concepts presented.
