Course Description

Incidents have the potential to cause serious harm, injury or damage to people, equipment or the environment. By investigating why incidents occur, we can minimise the risk of the same or similar incidents happening again.

This module will provide you with an overview of the incident reporting and investigation process used at our organisation and is divided into two units:

• Incident management at your organisation
• The incident investigation process

At the end of the module, you will be asked to undertake an online assessment to check your understanding of the key concepts presented.
