Meet the Safety and Risk team:

Rachael Lincoln

Rachael Lincoln

Rachael is an experienced senior consultant with hands-on experience working with a diverse range of industries including health and community services, manufacturing, mining, offshore oil and gas, retail, education and government authorities.

Rachael spends much of her time with CCI Members, helping them provide a safe workplace. She writes and reviews safety documents, delivers training, conducts audits and inspections and is a friendly voice on the phone when members call in for OSH advice.

As one of CCIs OSH trainers, Rachael’s main strength is her enthusiasm and her ability to involve everyone in the room to be an active participant in training. She is passionate about safety and health and makes the courses interesting and informative through exercises and group activities.

Rachael holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, a Bachelor of Business, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language.


Jennifer Low

Jennifer Low

Jennifer is a People and Safety consultant at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia (CCI).

With primary qualifications in psychology and safety, Jennifer’s expertise is in:

  • Workplace mental health
  • Injury management
  • Workers’ compensation
  • Occupational Safety and Health policy

Jennifer regularly presents at conferences, contributes articles and provides consultancy advice and assistance to businesses on these topics.

Jennifer is notably a member of the Commission for Occupational Safety and Health (WA) as well as an employer representative and technical adviser on several other committees at both State and Federal levels.


Matthew Butterworth

Matt Butterworth

Matt Butterworth is a Safety and Risk Consultant and provides occupational health and safety (OHS) support to CCI’s members both on-site and through phone advice.

Matt provides a range of OSH services including:

  • Development, implementation and review of customised safety management systems.
  • Risk assessments, workplace inspections, and internal audits.
  • Development and delivery of on-site customised or public OHS training sessions.
  • Drafting and review of OSH documents covering topics such as: heat stress, fatigue management, emergency response, noise, drug and alcohol testing, hazardous substances, field safety requirements, incident and hazard reporting, and risk assessment.

Prior to CCI, Matt worked as a Health and Safety Manager for a large recruitment agency, a Safety Advisor and Trainer for a regional local government authority and Risk Management Coordinator for a large retail management group.

Cazzie-May Czichy

Cazzie-May Czichy

For the past six years Cazzie has provided high level safety training to CCI’s members and non-members across a number of industries.

That training has included: Supervisor Leadership, Communication Skills, Certificate IV Occupational Health & Safety/ Workplace Health & Safety, Conduct Safety Investigations, Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, Fire Fighting Awareness, Welding and Hot works, BHP Gaps for Hot works, Confined Space, Certificate IV Rigging, Dogging and Scaffolding, Apply Risk Management Processes, Gotcha Kit Training, Safety Representatives Training and JHA Marking & Assessing.


Danielle Glazier

Danielle Glazier

Danielle has been engaged in vocational education and training for the past seven years. She has providing training and assessment services for learners undertaking nationally recognised qualifications in business, management, retail, customer contact, government, human resources and training and assessment.

Danielle’s key areas of vocational competence and training delivery include customer service, communication, leadership and management, human resources and training and assessment.


Melanie Marriot

Melanie Marriot

With over 10 years’ experience working as a training administrator for a number of Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), Melanie has developed exceptional skills in managing the workload of the administration team and overseeing multiple training courses.

Melanie’s proven abilities lie in marketing, website management and learning centre coordination.
