Procurement and supply chain opportunities have opened for local manufacturers to supply medical goods to WA Health.
Part of a strategic enhancement of local manufacturing capabilities, the Department’s Health Support Services (HSS) is looking for businesses capable of designing, manufacturing and supplying high-usage, low complexity products.
HSS hopes the made-local focus will strengthen WA’s manufacturing industry and reduce supply chain risk.
Products requested in the tender will support patient care, treatment and infection control. These are categorised as:
- Disposable containers
- Instrument trays
- Kidney dishes
- Paper cups
- General clinical consumables
Businesses are encouraged to submit their interest via Tenders WA.
Submissions close 5pm July 11, 2025.
