Inclusion Solutions
Inclusion Solutions is an organisation dedicated to unlocking the potential within every individual and community by creating opportunities for all people to be socially included. Inclusive Solutions provides personal and collective growth through their social impact projects, training and education services, inclusive organisational mentoring, and community engagement services.
The CCIWA Charity Initiative has been proudly partnered with Inclusion Solutions since June 2024, recently providing a $20,000 donation in support of Inclusion Solutions ‘Generating Respectful, Open Workplaces (GROW) WA’ initiative, and we look forward to the further support we can provide the program.
CCIWA’s GROW WA Initiative
Proudly delivered by Inclusion Solutions and powered by CCIWA, this webinar provides a level of knowledge and confidence to ensure you and your business/organisation are inclusive and welcoming of all people, particularly people with a disability.
This is part 1 of a four-part webinar series running from December 2024 to March 2025 as part of CCIWA’s GROW WA initiative.
GROW WA focuses on promoting inclusive employment practices and fostering accessible, respectful workplaces for everyone in Western Australia.

The Inclusive Employment Forum is proudly presented by Inclusion Solutions and powered by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA (CCIWA). It is a key part of the Generating Respectful, Open Workplaces in WA (GROW WA) Initiative.
Join us for a full day forum to explore the benefits of workplaces that hire & support people with disability, and to learn how you can create more inclusive and accessible workplaces. You will hear from people with lived disability experience, industry guest speakers and a live panel discussion. There will also be a range of stall holders showcasing their services, resources, and the incredible work they do to create inclusive work environments. If you are a senior leader, HR professional, manager, employer, team leader or just interested in inclusive employment then this is the event for you.
Come along and you will learn about:
- The social impact and economic benefits of hiring staff with disability.
- Inclusive hiring, recruitment and retention practices.\
- Strategies and practices you can implement to create a more inclusive workplace.

Tea/coffee, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided, and there will be ample time to connect with other people and network during the course of the day.
Accessibility:
The Beaumonde on the Point is a wheelchair accessible venue. It has ramps from the carpark to the venue, and lift access to the first floor where the function room for this event is located. There will be a low-sensory/quiet space designated on the day for people to use as required. Parking:
The first hour of parking is free, then $3 for every hour thereafter. There is a free bus that runs to the venue from St George’s Terrace (Bus 24). There are ACROD parking bays available at the front of the venue.
