Terms & Conditions
Engagement & Period
Workforce Abundance (WA) will provide services as outline in our formal proposal offered to clients, effective from the proposal acceptance date until Stage 3 payment completion. Termination before Stage 3 is subject to penalties, and refunds are not applicable.
Services & Pricing
WA ensures quality and transparency in service delivery. Any dissatisfaction should be reported promptly for resolution. Pricing may vary due to external changes, such as government fees.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, timely information and ensure access to relevant individuals and documents. WA is not liable for losses caused by incomplete or incorrect data provided by the client.
Ownership & Confidentiality
Documents from clients remain their property, but WA may retain copies. Client information is confidential, except as required by law or with written consent.
Liability & Indemnity
WA’s liability is limited under professional standards legislation. Clients indemnify WA against losses resulting from their negligence or agreement breaches.
Billing
Payments may follow a three-stage milestone schedule or as outlined in the agreed and accepted proposal. Services are suspended for unpaid invoices. Refunds are not provided for Milestones 1 and 2.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 28 days’ notice period. WA may terminate immediately for material breaches, insolvency, or non-compliance. The client understands that terminating during the nomination or visa application process will result in no refunds and will result in the candidate being available to the free market.
Privacy & Compliance
WA adheres to the Privacy Act 1988 and ensures personal data is handled appropriately.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by uncontrollable events.
