Strong export trajectory sees Smokey Q crack Japanese market

Smokey Q has seen tremendous export growth in its seven years of business, now sold in six countries including Australia.
The Western Australian business manufactures barbecue rubs, salt blends, sauces and chilli sauces which are known for having natural ingredients with an Australian flavour influence.
“I think consumers are looking for healthier options when it comes to condiments,” says Smokey Q Managing Director Paul Lange, who is a former chef.
“Our products are low sodium, low sugar and have no MSG or fillers.”
