Our office is closed on December 22 and reopening again on Monday, January 8, 2024 however our Employer Relations Advice Centre is open during this period for Member phone calls from 8am – 5pm on the following dates:

International Trade Holiday Trading Hours
We are open for Certificates of Origin and other export documents between December 22 to January 5 during the hours of 9am and 2pm, however we are closed for public holidays.
Business hours will resume as normal from Monday January 8 2024.
