Perth Entertainment and Sporting Precinct preferred contract announced
Seymour Whyte Constructions, Civmec Construction & Engineering and Aurecon Australasia were named as the preferred alliance team to deliver the Perth Entertainment and Sporting Precinct. The alliance will design, develop, conduct site investigations and undertake early works for preparation. Precinct planning and design will begin upon award of the contract, with early works to start later this year and precinct construction work expected to be complete in 2027. The precinct will include facilities for live music and sporting events including an annual supercars event, cycling criterium racing and paralympic racing.
