Our office is closed on Friday December 20, 2024 and reopening again on Monday, January 6, 2025. However, our Employee Relations Helpline is open during this period for Member phone calls from 8am – 5pm on the following dates:

- Thursday, January 2
- Friday, January 3 (Close at 4pm)
International Trade Holiday Trading Hours
We are open for Certificates of Origin and other export documents between Wednesday, December 18, 2024 between 8.300am – 11am and Thursday, December 19, 2024 to January 3, 2025 between 9am – 2pm. We are closed for public holidays.
Business hours will resume as normal from Monday January 6, 2025.
