The Fair Work Commission has decided to vary 97 modern awards to clarify casual overtime entitlements as part of its four-yearly review of Modern Awards.

The four-yearly review of modern awards sets out to clarify sticking points around the meaning of the language in some awards, and update them to plain English to give better clarity.
