97 awards varied to clarify casual overtime

The Fair Work Commission has decided to vary 97 modern awards to clarify casual overtime entitlements as part of its four-yearly review of Modern Awards.

The full decision can be found here.

The four-yearly review of modern awards sets out to clarify sticking points around the meaning of the language in some awards, and update them to plain English to give better clarity.

More information will be published on Business Toolbox as it becomes available.
