IR Masterclass

Course Description

Our new IR Masterclass is a unique opportunity to build on your knowledge across a range of industrial relations areas. For those with mid-level experience, it will serve to develop your skills to a professional level and for those with a high-level of experience it will further hone your skills and update you on key concepts across a rapidly evolving profession.

In five days over two weeks you will be taken on a deep dive into this complex area while participating in practical, hands on activities and workshops which are balanced out with interactive presentations and digital learning along the way. With three days in week one, and two days in week two, you will have the space to digest each session and tend to urgent matters back in the office.

Each session is facilitated by one of our experts, all of whom are actively working in the industry, right now – meaning you’re hearing from people who do this day in, day out, and not just someone who is reading from a script.

To top it all off, on the final day of the course you will receive a unique tailored briefing from senior experts with CCIWA on current and upcoming important topics to keep you ahead of the rest – there’s plenty of time for questions too.
