- All named ticket holders to the Construction Industry Dinner (to be held on Thursday, 19 June 2025 (the Event)) will automatically be entered into the promotion (the Promotion).
- By attending the Event you agree to these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions).
- The Promotion is being run by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia Limited of Level 5, 235 St Georges Terrace, Perth, 6000 (CCIWA).
- There will be ten (10) prizes. Each prize will be one (1) year’s annual subscription to CCIWA’s publication “WA Works” (each valued at $875 plus GST).
- The prizes will be drawn at 11:00 am (AWST) on Friday, 20 June 2025 at CCIWA offices. Each entry is assigned a unique and sequential identifying number. Using only the RANDOM.ORG Random Integer Generator, ten (10) numbers will be returned as the ten (10) prize winners.
- Entry to the Promotion is free and voluntary, however, Entrants will be responsible for all costs associated with attending the Event (ie the cost of the ticket to the Event).
- CCIWA reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and details) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by CCIWA to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- The prize will be mailed / couriered to the registered address (or email address, if relevant) that CCIWA has in its records.
- The prize is not transferrable and is not redeemable for cash or an alternative prize.
- If the Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated by CCIWA, due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of CCIWA, CCIWA reserves the right to the fullest extent permitted by law, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate in the discretion of CCIWA.
- CCIWA is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any problems or any financial costs incurred, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other persons related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion.
- CCIWA (including its respective officers, employees and agents) will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) by any person in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law).
- CCIWA’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- CCIWA is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, late or delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted.
- CCIWA reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole discretion.
- Personal information provided by an entrant to CCIWA for the purpose of entering the Promotion will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with CCIWA’s Privacy Policy. A copy of the privacy policy is available on our website at https://cciwa.com/privacy-policy/. Personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed to any third party otherwise than in accordance with the privacy policy and these Terms and Conditions.
- In addition to any use that may be outlined in our Privacy Policy or has been agreed between the entrant and the CCIWA outside of this Promotion, CCIWA may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use entrant’s personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages (email and/or SMS), subscribing the entrant to our CCIWA communications and/or telephoning the entrant.
