These terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) apply to the membership campaign currently being offered by Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia Limited (CCIWA) to existing clients of the Industry Capability Network Western Australia (ICNWA).
All CCIWA members (Members) agree to be bound by and comply with CCIWA’s Constitution (the Constitution), by-laws, the rules and regulations of the Board and/or Council (as appropriate) and these Terms and Conditions, as amended or varied, from time to time.
As a company limited by guarantee, Members provide a guarantee under the Constitution in the event of a winding-up. The guarantee is limited to the membership fee.

By becoming a Member, you will a part of something bigger and help CCIWA achieve this vision.
ICNWA-CCIWA Membership
Membership Eligibility
To be eligible to subscribe for ICNWA-CCIWA Membership you must:
- be a current client of ICNWA or have a company profile on Gateway by ICN;
- be a small to medium enterprise with up to 99 FTE staff;
- not currently be a member of CCIWA; and
- not been a member of CCIWA in the last 12 months.
Membership Years
A membership year for ICNWA-CCIWA Membership commences on the date you join CCIWA and ends on the 12-month anniversary of joining (Membership Year).
ICNWA-CCIWA Membership will continue until a written resignation of membership is received by CCIWA.
Membership Fees
You agree to pay CCIWA an annual membership fee of $1,840 plus GST (the Annual Membership Fees). The Annual Membership Fee will be payable in full up front upon applying for an ICNWA-CCIWA Membership.
If your membership is resigned during a Membership Year, the one-off payment of the Annual Membership Fees for that Membership Year will not be refunded.
Membership Services
During the Membership Term, you have the same benefits and services as listed on CCIWA’s website applicable for the “Complete” membership package, PLUS the following benefits:
- 48-hour presale access for regularly sold-out ICNWA events, featuring project proponents, jam-packed with information on project pipelines and industry insights.
- Member discounts on ICNWA events.
- 15% discount on Gateway by ICN subscriptions.
- Free WA Works subscription (valued at $875+ GST) – WA supply chain and major project news with 24/7 access to the regularly updated Major WA Projects List.
- Access to Quarterly Industry Insights on project activity trends.
The Free WA Works Subscription will only be available to you whilst you are a paying CCIWA Member.
The provision of such services and benefits is at all times at the absolute discretion of CCIWA and is subject to change, variation or cancellation at any time.
Member Discounts
Member discounts for other CCIWA consulting services will be available to you during the Membership Year.
CCIWA Membership Terms and Conditions
Other than as set out above, all other terms and conditions of CCIWA membership remain in full force and effect. The membership terms and conditions can be found on CCIWA’s website at Membership Terms and Conditions — CCIWA.
General
Changes to Terms and Conditions
From time to time, CCIWA may update these Terms and Conditions. The updated Terms and Conditions will apply to this referral campaign from the time of posting on our website and onwards.
Inconsistency
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Constitution, the Constitution prevails.
Severability
Any provision of, or the application of any provision of, these Terms and Conditions which is void, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction does not affect the validity, legality or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction or of the remaining provisions in that or other jurisdiction.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Each party irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
Transferability
Membership, and the rights of being a CCIWA Member, are personal to the member and are not transferable.
