CCIWA has extended its range of work health and safety (WHS) services, announcing a new partnership with award-winning WHS consultancy, Epigroup.

The WA-based company offers WHS services including consulting, recruitment and digital training experiences.
This collaboration builds on last year’s successful partnership with accounting firm Optima Partners, which specialises in accounting, tax, bookkeeping and financial services.
CCIWA CEO Chris Rodwell says this is an exciting opportunity for CCIWA Members.
“This new partnership with Epigroup will significantly benefit our Members,” Rodwell says.
“As WHS compliance becomes increasingly onerous, these expanded services will give our Members peace of mind they are meeting the ever-changing legislation standards.
“Our Members can rest assured that they are providing their employees with top-tier training and solutions to ensure they are providing safer and healthier workplaces.”
Feedback from our Members has consistently highlighted growing concerns about meeting the increasingly complex and onerous WHS standards.
Innovative technology, approaches
Since 2012, Epigroup has been at the forefront of WHS practises, using innovative technology and approaches to WHS, and providing a one-stop-shop for its clients.
It is focused on “taking the stress and uncertainty” out of WHS, making people safer, businesses more profitable and WHS easier.
“In the past decade we’ve seen a massive shift in the efforts of businesses to improve health and safety outcomes,” says Epigroup Co-Managing Director Jake Cole.
“This shift has fast-tracked in the past couple of years, with many businesses stepping up their efforts to protect their people and to meet the higher thresholds set by new State and Federal legislation. This also includes much more comprehensive efforts to better manage psychosocial risks.”
“We’re incredibly committed to achieving safer workplaces,” added Epigroup Co-Managing Director James Teakle.
“We’ve built an approach that is market leading, incorporating new digital approaches to ensure strategic work translates to empowering people across the organisation to improve health and safety outcomes. There’s no better way to ramp up our efforts than to partner with CCIWA given its huge reach across the WA business community.”
Epigroup has a proven track record working with a range of clients and industries to create industry-leading and dynamic solutions. Their clients vary from global organisations to small and medium WA businesses.
