Organisations are made up of groups of individuals from diverse backgrounds. This module will increase your understanding of workplace diversity. It will also explain the benefits and challenges of diversity and provide you with ways that you can be more inclusive.
At the end of the module, you will be asked to undertake an online assessment to check your understanding of the key concepts presented.
