Course Description

A workplace that is free from sexual harassment will result in a safe and fair working environment, better workplace culture and higher job satisfaction.

This module will increase your understanding of what constitutes sexual harassment, look at ways to minimise incidents of harassment and outline strategies for managing complaints.

At the end of the module, you will be asked to undertake an online assessment to check your understanding of the key concepts presented.
