Course Description

Anxiety is one of the most common mental illnesses, and as a result, you will likely encounter people within the workplace that have an anxiety disorder. This module will increase your understanding of this illness and how you can appropriately support any colleagues that have been diagnosed, are recovering from or are experiencing symptoms of a possible anxiety disorder.

At the end of the module, you will be asked to undertake an online assessment to check your understanding of the key concepts presented.
