Organisations must be committed to the health and safety of their workers and aim to prevent injuries from occurring. However, injuries, unfortunately, do still occur from time to time and, as a manager, you need to know how to respond to them.
This module has therefore been designed to inform you of the procedure you must follow when a worker under your supervision is injured. In particular, it will look at workers’ compensation legislation and return to work procedures.
At the end of the module, you will be asked to undertake an online assessment to check your understanding of the key concepts presented.
