Stress is a recognised workplace hazard that can affect workers’ health and wellbeing and your organisation’s overall performance. Stress can arise from pressures at home and or at work. Your organisation cannot protect workers from stress arising at home; however, you can take action to eliminate or minimise the stress that may arise through work.
This module will increase your understanding of your legal obligations for preventing and minimising the psychological and physical health risks arising from work-related stress.
