The Training team exceeded my expectations in several ways. First and foremost, the course was exceptionally well-structured, comprehensive and up-to-date. The material was presented in a clear and engaging manner, making complex topics accessible to participants of various backgrounds.

You truly demonstrated exceptional enthusiasm and a keen aptitude for the subject matter. The relevant examples and practical insights added depth to the theoretical concepts, enhancing the overall learning experience.

Moreover, the training course fostered a collaborative and interactive environment. The opportunities for group discussions, hands-on exercises and peer learning were invaluable. I found these activities not only informative but also enjoyable, and they greatly contributed to my understanding of the course material.

[CCIWA] has been working with Keystart in relation to training on Respect@Work and psychosocial safety matters over the past six months. This includes providing training to our leaders from the front line, mid-level, C-suite and Board.

It has been evident throughout that [the trainer] has an amazing amount of knowledge relating to this recent legislation change and shares this with his audience in an engaging manner, using plain language. He provides sound examples, both as part of his planned presentation and in response to myriad of questions he is asked.

His approach has been flawless, regardless at what level his audience is pitched and we very much look forward to some work he will soon be helping us with – a review of Keystart against the seven standards with both a Respect@Work and psychosocial lens.

The legislation and laws were really important to us as it is something staff are not often aware of and lack this understanding of why things get escalated; now they do.

Feedback from our managing director as well as staff who attended and myself felt it was a very well and clear presented session with up-to-date relevant information. The length of the session was good as staff were engaged the whole way through and the information was important and very interesting (especially some examples and cases used).

The information presented was easy to understand and made a lot of sense as it was very relevant to our workplace especially with references to mining, and some other examples used. The fact that it opened up discussions and continued to at our go-cart event showed us that it was a valuable session that was needed and staff also felt more clarity around these subjects going forward and I feel makes it a lot clearer to them what is expected and what is not.
