This free awareness module will help raise awareness around employers’ obligations to allow equal parental leave and flexible work for both mums and dads. It provides a summary of the benefits behind dads using parental leave and flexible work arrangements, in addition to providing you with tips on starting the conversation in your workplace to lead the way toward cultural change.
