Discrimination can occur in various forms and against anyone. It can have a severely negative effect on your organisation, work environment and the personal mental health of your employees.
This module will cover several key Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) principles in State and Federal legislation that you need to be aware of. Understanding these will help you to contribute to a fair and harmonious work environment.
At the end of the module, you will be asked to undertake an online assessment to check your understanding of the key concepts presented.
